I’m passionate about helping you find joy and pleasure in movement, and I get really excited when there’s a relief element- be it from pain, trauma or a limiting belief about yourself. Let’s re-pattern for strength and function in your body so that you can be your very best in life!

How I Got Here…
I have a BFA in Visual Design from the University of Oregon, and that informs my ability to visualize a taller, more stable version of you. My fierce imagination and excellent communication skills help me tailor a language that helps you create strength and stability around your skeleton, and allow us to keep progressing toward your goal, all while having fun and feeling great!
I have been working in customer service for over 25 years, and found a job at a local Pilates studio in 2010. Quickly I fell in love with the method, and began my teacher training in 2014 under several mentors in that studio, where I completed a PMA-certified comprehensive Pilates training, and had access to some excellent physical therapists that sparked a new level of joy in learning about the body and it’s amazing (if sometimes a bit frustrating and bewildering) ways.
I received another certificate through Pilates Sports Center in 2017.
In November 2019 I completed yet another training with my brief stint at Club Pilates here in Eugene, where i learned more about TRX, use of the Bosu ball, and a bit of barre training.
I continue to be in contact with most of my mentors. I am constantly learning more about movement, the nervous system, and best practices in the Pilates industry. My priority is to give you a safe movement session that leaves you feeling closer to your goal and empowered to keep working toward it!
